When you fill in an enquiry form or download the colouring sheet, we collect:

  • Parent's name and mobile number
  • Email address (only if you choose to give it)
  • The program and branch you are interested in, and any message you write
  • Technical details sent by your browser, such as your IP address and the date and time of the request

We do not ask for your child's personal details through this website. Details written on a printed colouring sheet are only collected when you bring the sheet to a branch.

How we use it

  • To call or message you about admissions, fees and school visits
  • To process the colouring challenge scholarship
  • To prevent spam and misuse of our forms

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How it is stored and shared

Enquiries are stored on our web hosting server and sent to the school's admissions email. They are only accessed by MM Junior School staff who handle admissions. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to that conversation.

Cookies

This website uses a session cookie that keeps the enquiry forms secure. Videos and fonts are loaded from our own server and from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and manage admissions, after which they are deleted.
